About Department

Contracts and Purchases department undertakes the task of executing and following up contracts with customers and suppliers. Also, it prepares tender documents in coordination with the concerned departments.
The department organises and provides the needs of university departments with all purchases.

Mission

Choosing the best ways to organise and execute contracts and supervise them.
To purchase and provide the needs of the departments of the university in the suitable quantities at the right time and the right price of the appropriate quality from the source.

Also, manage the stock in the right way in order to prevent stopping the production.
